Important Exhibitor Information
Expo Hours:
- Tuesday, May 20 | 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 21 | 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Thursday, May 22 | 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-In Schedule:
- Friday, May 16 from 1– 5 p.m.
- Saturday, May 17 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Sunday, May 18 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (gray day; no labor or freight deliveries, but exhibitors are free to work on their booths.)
- Monday, May 19 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
All exhibits must be fully installed by Monday, May 19 at 5 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-Out Schedule:
- Thursday, May 22 from 3 – 10 p.m.
- Friday, May 23, 2025 – 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
Exhibitor Suite:
The Exhibitor Suite is located in booth 478.

Coat Check is located on Level 2 South.
Parking
Parking spots fill up quickly during show days. Between the hours of 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM, we recommend parking offsite and taking advantage of the complimentary shuttles. Learn about your public transportation and parking options here.
